Reddit user lookup & account analyzer
Look up any Reddit user’s karma, account age, top subreddits and active hours, and see if the account is ready to reply as your brand. Anonymous, no login.
More than a karma counter
Know if an account can reply without getting filtered
A clear verdict, not just numbers
We score the account on what decides whether a reply stays up: age, karma, how many communities it takes part in, how much it comments, and recent removals.
Where and when it posts
See the subreddits an account spends its time in and the hours it is active, in your own time zone. Useful for vetting a creator, a competitor or a lead.
Honest about the data
Numbers come from a public Reddit archive. We show the date the karma was counted and the oldest activity on record, so you know exactly what you are looking at.

The guide
How to look up a Reddit user
What a public Reddit profile tells you, where to find it, and which numbers matter if you plan to answer threads as a founder or a brand.
Reddit user search, the manual way
You can open any profile at reddit.com/user/username, or search Reddit and switch to the People tab. That shows karma and the latest activity, but you have to scroll for a long time to see where someone actually spends their time.
This lookup does the scrolling for you. It reads the account’s latest 100 posts and 100 comments and its activity across communities, then sums it up: top subreddits, active hours, average scores and removed posts.
Post karma vs comment karma
Karma is the running score of upvotes minus downvotes, split into post karma and comment karma. Awards add a little on top.
For a brand, comment karma matters more than it looks. It shows the account takes part in conversations instead of only dropping links, which is exactly what moderators and spam filters look for. Use the analyzer as a Reddit karma checker for any account: total, post and comment karma, plus the average score of recent posts and comments.
Account age and cake day
An account’s cake day is the anniversary of the day it was created. Reddit marks it with a small cake icon on the profile.
The analyzer shows the oldest post or comment on record, which is the latest the account could have been created. Account age is one of the strongest trust signals on Reddit: many communities hide posts from accounts younger than a few days or weeks, and new accounts that promote are the first to be banned.
Is an account ready to reply as a brand?
We run six checks. Two are hard floors: at least 30 days old and at least 150 karma, because many communities set AutoMod rules around numbers like these. Reddit itself publishes no single rule, and each community sets its own.
The other four look for a real person’s pattern: activity in three or more communities, more comments than posts, no pattern of removed posts, and activity in the last 30 days. An account that misses the hard floors needs a few weeks of genuine, helpful comments before it mentions a product. Say who you are when you do. Hiding it is what gets brands banned.
Vetting someone else’s account
The same report works for people you are about to work with or reply to: a creator you want to sponsor, a competitor, or a lead who posted in your niche.
Their top subreddits tell you where their audience is, and their active hours tell you when a reply is most likely to be seen.
Frequently asked questions
What does the Reddit Account Analyzer show?
Total, post and comment karma, the oldest activity on record, the communities the account is most active in, the hours it is active in your time zone, average scores on recent posts and comments, and how many recent posts were removed. On top of that it scores whether the account is ready to reply as a brand.
How is “ready to reply” scored?
Six checks: at least 30 days old, at least 150 karma, active in three or more communities, more comments than posts, no more than two removals in the latest 25 posts, and active in the last 30 days. Age and karma are hard floors because many communities filter posts from accounts below numbers like these.
Is it anonymous? Will the user know I looked them up?
Yes, it is anonymous. We read only public data from a Reddit archive, and Reddit is never contacted with your request. Nobody is notified, and we do not keep a record of lookups.
Where does the data come from, and how fresh is it?
From Arctic Shift, a public archive of Reddit posts and comments that picks up new activity within minutes. Karma totals are counted less often, so the report shows the date they were last counted. The newest posts and comments are read at the moment you look.
How much history do you look at?
The latest 100 posts and 100 comments for scores, hours and removals, and the account’s whole history for karma and its top communities.
How do I find my Reddit cake day?
Your cake day is the anniversary of the day you created your account. On Reddit it shows on your profile. Here we show your oldest post or comment on record, which is usually the same day or soon after.
Why does an account show no activity or no karma?
Either the account really has not posted, it is very new and the archive has not counted it yet, or it was deleted or suspended. Brand-new accounts usually appear within a day of their first post or comment.
